Our Story
The story of AMIMA begins with a young boy who felt the pain in the hearts of his brothers and sisters. A boy who ached to see others in anguish, and who didn't want to feel that anymore.
A short realization later and the boy knew that feeling would never go away. After long periods of prayer and contemplation, he found the purpose that God had instilled in his heart.
It was not to dull the compassion, the empathy that he felt for those he saw in pain around the world, but to bring light into the the darkness. The boy needed to find a way...
He spent his years growing up observing the world and the people around him. The first thing he noticed about most was their eyes, the windows to the soul some say; the second, was the clothes they wore. Oftentimes, people tend to act in a certain fashion depending on, well, their fashion.
So, he set out on a mission. To create a a form of fashion that was in-itself a form of worship. A fashion so distinct from what the world demands, that it could not be mistaken.
Acting like a billboard for the Gospel, each piece should incite the wearer to treat others with kindness, and use what God has blessed us with to show His love unto the world, for where there is light there can be no darkness, and where there is love there can be no hate, no pain.
